The Columbia Forest Civic Association (CFCA) is a non-profit, non-partisan association of residents, property owners, and businesses that interacts with the Arlington County Board and staff, the Arlington County Civic Federation, to promote the interests and general welfare of the citizens who live and work in the Columbia Forest neighborhood of Arlington County.
